Why can’t we be like Sweden?

While the rest of the world suffers through lockdown and mask-wearing, Swedes go out for pickled herring

Sweden’s so cool.
When a pandemic roared across the planet, Swedes considered the situation and decided it was nothing to get too worried about. They would be pragmatic, sensible and free to decide what to do, individually and collectively.
They would take personal responsibility.
Americans are so jealous…
